When Charlie is convinced he was rejected ny Nick, he is devastated. But according to him: that's what you get for falling for a straight guy...

But is Nick really?

In the second volume of the very queer graphic novel, friendship plays a big role. Because what makes a good friend? When do you cross a line as a friend?

This volume includes an exclusive 10-page comic featuring Heartstopper characters Tara and Darcy.

“...honestly I'm having a proper full-on GAY PANIC.”

Rating: ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ (5)

Alice Oseman has done it again... making me cry because their book is so wholesome.

She owns my heart now.

Everything about this graphic novel was amazing. I was smiling so bright during the majority of the book.

Nick's coming out felt sorta personal? I noticed I had all these types of feelings towards it. Good feelings, if you will.

Nellie's appearance in this graphic novel was exactly what I needed. She really reminded me of my late dog. Even though they are definitely not the same breed, the way Nellie behaved and cared, was just like my Lizzy. It was so endearing and I think that's why some scenes with Nellie hit harder.

This series already means more to me than you'll ever understand.

I hope that I can read the third and fourth volume very soon.

I can't really write anything else. I feel like I have captured my feelings quite well in these sentences. Sometimes it's hard to write a detailed review, because it doesn't need a detailed review. I hope I'm already convincing you just by saying: go buy this graphic novel series. You won't regret at all.

Please read it.

Also a reminder that there is a Heartstopper Netflix show in the making and they have already started the pre-production fase! If I remember correctly they wrapped filming not too long ago!
